I'm Reverend Jasmine, founder and officiant of Plan B Ceremonies. My passion is creating heartfelt, personalized wedding ceremonies that celebrate each couple's journey in a way that feels authentic, meaningful, and unforgettable.
Originally from London, England, I moved to the United States in 2017 and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Media with a specialization in Business Administration. My background in communication has taught me that the most meaningful moments aren't found in perfect scripts. They're found in genuine connection, thoughtful words, and the stories that bring people together.
Ironically, my journey as a wedding officiant began with what inspired the name Plan B Ceremonies. A close friend's officiant unexpectedly cancelled just before their intimate backyard wedding. With no one else available, they asked if I would step in and officiate their ceremony. Although I was nervous, I couldn't imagine letting them face one of the most important days of their lives without someone standing beside them.
That experience changed everything.
Standing with them as they exchanged vows, I realized just how powerful a wedding ceremony can be. It wasn't just about making the marriage legal. It was about creating a moment that reflected who they were, celebrating their journey, and giving them a memory they would cherish forever. From that day on, I knew this was exactly what I wanted to do.
Today, I proudly officiate weddings throughout Pennsylvania, creating ceremonies that are as unique as the couples I serve. Whether you're planning a traditional wedding, an intimate elopement, a nonreligious ceremony, an interfaith celebration, or you've found yourself needing an officiant at the last minute, I'm here to make sure your ceremony feels personal, joyful, and completely your own.
